Consider the infrastructure investment and ongoing operational cost in comparison with simple and effective solution.

Tankers drive past shallow water to refill from deeper water, wasting fire-fighting time. Longer drive time means less water on fire.

Considering various requirements of clients, use and application we continue to innovate and enhance features.

To maintain embankment stability, excess pond water should be minimized and kept below safe levels. Positioning the pond near a fixed decant station aids in efficient drainage. These steps help prevent issues like liquefaction, erosion, seepage, and overtopping.

Traditional dewatering of shallow water bodies is costly and ineffective, requiring significant infrastructure investment. In contrast, Turret™ offers a highly effective solution with minimal capital, reducing issues like vortexing and cavitation while improving efficiency.

Extreme pH conditions, whether highly acidic or alkaline, can reduce asset life, cause corrosion, and increase replacement costs. Turret™ systems, using non-metallic components, have proven effective in such environments—delivering reliable performance in uranium, iron, and other mines.

High alkalinity, minerals, and weeds can clog standard screens, reducing dewatering efficiency and requiring frequent cleaning. Turret™ addresses this with wide, easily replaceable screens designed to resist buildup, maintain flow, and ensure reliable performance.

Pumping lithium slurry tailings is difficult due to their high abrasiveness and viscosity, which strain standard systems. Turret™ offers a robust, cost-effective solution with features that prevent vortexing and cavitation, ensuring reliable performance in Tailings Storage Facilities.

The client required a compact, efficient system that adjusts with TSF dam water levels for recovery—2 systems delivering 260 m³/h at 25 kW, complete with accessories and engineering support. Turret™ met these needs with a floating solution supporting 800 kg, achieving required flows efficiently at a fraction of the capital cost.

Our Turret™ system offers a scalable dewatering solution tailored to varying site needs. Clients can choose from Mini (1 m), Maxi (2 m), or Mega (3 m) flow configurations with increasing capacities. Flow ranges start from 100 m³/h with Single spools and scale up to 5000 m³/h with Penta setups, providing flexible performance across applications.

Using barges in freezing conditions is costly and inefficient, especially in shallow waters and when ice forms around the barge. Turret™ offers a more effective alternative—easily relocatable, capable of reaching deeper into ponds, and simplifying pump maintenance while maintaining water flow.

As dam levels rise with increased tailings, traditional decant stations become costly ($500K–$1M+), limit operational flexibility, and require the pond to remain nearby. Raising the station is challenging, and the use of pontoons and barges introduces additional safety concerns.

Typically, a large mining client was encountering challenging situations to effectively manage water levels in the dam. Considering the RLs, Static Head, and Friction Loss, we proposed our solution incorporating The Turret™ G2.
